🎯 Requirements

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology • Expertise: Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) • Experience: A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree • Languages: Proficiency in English and your local language • Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles • Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
