• Intellectsoft is a software development company delivering innovative solutions since 2007. • We operate across North America, Latin America, the Nordic region, the UK, and Europe. • We specialize in industries like Fintech, Healthcare, EdTech, Construction, Hospitality, and more. • As a Middle Java Developer, you will collaborate closely with a team of developers to build high-performance, scalable applications for the financial technology sector. • This role will focus on delivering high-quality code and driving continuous improvement, enabling innovation with robust processes and controls. • You will contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing Java applications, with expertise in frameworks like Spring Boot. • Good knowledge designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications. • Proficiency with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and experience with data modeling. • Solid experience with building RESTful APIs. • Understanding of messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ), and gRPC. • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes. • Knowledge of security protocols and best practices, particularly in fintech applications (e.g., data protection and secure communication). • Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to team members and stakeholders. • Nice to have skills: • Experience with Rust programming for concurrent, high-performance applications. • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). • Prior experience in banking, payment processing, or financial APIs. • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Exposure to AWS or other cloud environments. • Understanding of financial technology and capital markets, including regulatory standards.
