Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment. • Knowledge of Cantonese • Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, its principles, values, and practices. • Experience working for mobile, web or other frontend products • Experience with mobile app analytics tool and performance metrics • Experience using Jira, Conflunce, miro, figma and other product development/ management tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions. • In-depth understanding of digital business processes, systems, and technologies. • Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Soft skills: • Proactiveness • High communication skills • Responsible for the end result of the team • Strong ownership mentality • Nice to have skills • Certificate for professional business analyst and scrum master
