Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects • Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques. • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN tools, or other business analysis software. • Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in pre-sales process
