Description

• Intellectsoft is a software development company delivering innovative solutions since 2007. • We specialize in industries like Fintech, Healthcare, EdTech, Construction, Hospitality, and more. • As a Business Analyst you will be working on a groundbreaking project aimed at revolutionizing digital payment solutions. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for fintech solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation. • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and clarify objectives. • Create detailed specifications, user stories, process flows. • Define and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and analyze potential risks and propose mitigation strategies. • Work closely with QA and Development teams to ensure test cases and implementation align with business requirements. • Monitor project progress, deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Support product backlog management and prioritization. • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role. • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with requirements elicitation techniques and documentation standards. • Proficiency in creating user stories, process diagrams, and wireframes. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
