📋 Description
• Facilitating seamless onboarding processes for new hire • Conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding procedures • Proficient in utilizing payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now or Run • Ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll regulations • Addressing employee inquiries related to payroll issues • Managing employee benefits programs • Collaborating with benefits providers for smooth enrollment processes • Educating employees on available benefits options • Staying abreast of changes in federal and state employment laws • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation • Assisting the client in managing employee relations • Maintaining accurate employee records • Ensuring confidentiality and privacy of employee information • Collaborating with finance, legal, and other departments • Partnering with external vendors to optimize HR service delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Over 2 years of HR experience, USA payroll and benefit exposure is a plus • Proficient understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the USA • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Strong organizational skills • Experience with Canadian HR functions, including payroll and benefits management, is also highly valued
