📋 Description

• Responsible for scanning and digitally storing physical documents into a computer system, ensuring accurate data entry and proper file management within an electronic imaging database, involving tasks like indexing, quality checks, and maintaining document integrity. • Works closely with a small team of peers to receive incoming correspondence (physical mail, emails, faxes), prepare correspondence to be scanned to digital images, verify images, research and correct errors. • Operates and maintains office equipment • Occasionally lift up to 30lbs • Perform additional duties as required by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma or equivalent • Able to work onsite and remote as scheduled • Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone • Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us • Task focused, quality minded, data entry experience a plus • All job offers are contingent upon: • Fingerprinting • Drug Test • Background check • Citizenship/residency verification • Candidate must have any Treasury debt paid in full or on an approved arrangement before hire.
