• Project Management full cycle — from starting the project to successful project release/support stage based on Agile • Impeccable communication with Clients — managing and meeting their expectations • Stakeholder Management • Team Management • Scope Management • Estimation & Budgeting & Scheduling • Quality Management • Risk Management • Creating and maintaining PM Project Documentation • Basic BA skills (creating user stories, acceptance criterias. etc) • Upsell/cross-sell • Experience in Construction industry • Speaking German • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Decision-facilitation skills • Quick thinking

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager only in IT outsourcing company • Experience with Scrum and understanding of Agile • Strong theoretical knowledge in project management, preferably PMBoK • Basic Business Analyst skills, knowledge in creating User Stories, Acceptance criteria • Understanding of SDLC/PDLC and key UX/UI practices and processes • Practical experience in using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) • Experience in people management practices
