• Minimum BA degree across any discipline, but digital media would be a bonus • 2-4 years of experience in Media Planning, Media Operations. • Experience in digital marketing with a focus on building client solutions to meet client goals and KPIs • Ideal candidate would have used insights and data drive value lead recommendations for clients • Experience with salesforce, Convertr, Loopio, and AdTech/MarTech technologies also advantageous, as would a working knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, etc. • Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress. • Not afraid to "roll up the sleeves" and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn--pushes teams to do the same. • Experimental mindset to drive innovation.
