• Are you passionate about digital marketing and excited about the opportunity to implement highly strategic and innovative email campaigns for meaningful nonprofits like Special Olympics? • Are you excited about the chance to work across multiple email clients to ensure their campaigns are executed flawlessly, from initial planning to final deployment? • If yes, we’d love to meet you! • Interactive Strategies is a full-service digital agency based in Washington, DC, that has quickly established itself as a leading fundraising shop. • We’ve partnered with amazing clients, including Special Olympics, Boston Children’s Hospital, Rainforest Trust, American Kidney Fund, and American Lung Association, to name a few. • Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly focused and capable of executing dynamic email campaigns on a tactical level. • We’re looking for someone with a background in digital marketing, with specific skills and expertise related to email marketing, email building, HTML/CSS and email testing. • Our headquarters is based in Washington, DC with a hybrid work schedule. • We also have many employees remote throughout the US. • Below are the abilities we are looking for: • Develop and deploy impactful email strategies and campaigns that leverage best practices and dynamic new tactics. • Support client teams in their mission to perform excellent client service and drive impactful results. • Analyze email campaign performance data and make recommendations for optimizations and improvements.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. • 1-2+ years of email marketing experience. • Experience building and deploying segmented email marketing campaigns with some working knowledge of HTML/CSS. • Agency and/or nonprofit experience highly desired, but not required. • Experience working across a variety of email marketing platforms and technologies. • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to prioritize and manage time across multiple campaigns. • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. • We prefer this position to work out of the Washington DC office, but we are open to this being a remote position.
