🎯 Requirements
• At least 7+ years in software testing, with 4+ years as an SDET building automation frameworks in a product or platform environment. • High Proficiency in Java (or similar languages like Python) for test automation, with deep knowledge of design patterns and reusable components. • Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, or equivalents. • Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and real-time systems (e.g., WebSockets, server-sent events). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Github Actions) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). • Exposure to testing AI/ML systems (e.g., LLM, NLP, Chatbots) or fintech applications is a big plus. • Proven ability to lead initiatives, mentor teams, and drive cross-team collaboration with compassion and clarity. • A knack for tackling ambiguous, high-stakes challenges with a structured, innovative approach. • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
