• Technical Mastery: 10+ years in building scalable products, strong emphasis on Node.js. • Startup DNA: Experience in startups with 5 to 30 employees, building products from scratch. • Scalable Systems Design: Experience with distributed systems and microservices. • Real-Time Experience: Using web sockets and server-sent events. • Security & Data Protection: Implementing security measures in fintech applications. • Problem-Solving Mindset: Creative and proactive in resolving issues. • Best Practices Advocate: Promoting TDD and writing clean code.
