Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in building complex, scalable products, strong in Node.js • Thrive in dynamic environments, experience in startups (5-30 employees) • Extensive experience with distributed systems and microservices • Proven track record with real-time interactions (web sockets, long-polling) • Hands-on experience with security and data protection measures • Creative and tenacious problem-solver • Advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing
