•The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation. •Requires a deep understanding of conversational AI products. •Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation. •Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all product flows and setups specific to each customer environment. •Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation. •Create user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and other technical documents. •Ensure all documentation is up-to-date with the latest product features and updates. •Work closely with the engineering team to understand the technical aspects of products. •Assist in the development of templates and standards for technical documentation. •Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy. •Provide documentation support during customer onboarding and implementation phases. •Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
•Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. •Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software or technology industry. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Strong attention to detail and ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. •Proficiency in using documentation tools •Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence). •Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. •Experience with conversational AI or related technologies is a plus. •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
