Description

• The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation that captures the product flows and setups for each customer environment • This role requires a deep understanding of our conversational AI products and a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all product flows and setups specific to each customer environment • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation • Create user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and other technical documents • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date with the latest product features and updates • Work closely with the engineering team to understand the technical aspects of our products and translate them into clear, concise documentation • Assist in the development of templates and standards for technical documentation • Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy • Provide documentation support during customer onboarding and implementation phases • Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software or technology industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner • Proficiency in using documentation tools • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence) • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with conversational AI or related technologies is a plus • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
