• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing and delivery of your product. • Be responsible for the architecture and processes inside your team. • Own your team’s roadmap and output together with the Product Manager. • Work with key stakeholders effectively to solve problems and make decisions. • Mentor and support other developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. • Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, continuously seeking innovation to enhance our products and processes.

Requirements

• Senior developer experience including 5+ years of relevant full-stack experience. • Experience in leading teams for 2+ years. • Consistent track record of planning, executing and delivering projects involving complex requirements. • Experience with NodeJS and React • Understanding of SQL, ACID. • Good understanding of distributed architecture design principles and domain-driven design. • Hands-on experience building front-end applications with perfect UX. • Appetite for DevOps methodologies and Continuous Delivery practices. • Experience with TypeScript is a plus. • Enthusiasm for mobile development is a plus. • Interest in people management is a plus. • English at verbal Intermediate and above.
