📋 Description
• Work with diverse legal matters, including reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, GDPR, product development and general terms and conditions, policy work, payment services issues, as well as training employees in relevant legal areas. • Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements • Draft, review, and update privacy policies and procedures to ensure GDPR compliance • Working with the Commercial and Product teams to help design solutions compliant with relevant regulations. • Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant laws and regulations • Develop training materials and provide training for employees on relevant legal topics, including GDPR.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years experience working as an in-house legal counsel or at a law firm • Strong knowledge of GDPR • Experience in the Fintech sector is desirable but not a pre-requisite • Great communication skills and fluency in English • Self starter with a problem-solving mindset • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment with a remote team
