β’ Primary responsibility is to handle customer service requests from builders and homeowners. β’ Schedule appointments with homeowners and confirm repair details. β’ Prepare schedules for service personnel and manage routes. β’ Coordinate with supervisors and address scheduling issues. β’ Order replacement parts and ensure customer satisfaction. β’ Communicate recurring customer service issues across departments. β’ Oversee client interactions, resolving conflicts professionally. β’ Create client satisfaction reports and recommend improvements. β’ Assist sales employees with inquiries and provide guidance. β’ Relay information between management and sales representatives.
β’ High school diploma or GED and one year related experience and/or training. β’ Bilingual experience preferred (English/Spanish). β’ Ability to learn about available products for installation. β’ Read and interpret training materials, documents, safety rules, and manuals. β’ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. β’ Must be organized and able to multitask. β’ Utilize intermediate math skills for calculations. β’ Apply common sense understanding to instructions. β’ Oversee claims process with vendors. β’ Billing in service department, quotes prices, and cost analysis. β’ Communicate effectively in a professional manner. β’ Identify recurring issues in production and work with the team to mitigate them.
