Description

β€’ Primary responsibility of the Legal Contract Administrator is to manage legal contracts and agreements β€’ Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements β€’ Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies β€’ Maintaining a database of all legal contracts and agreements β€’ Monitoring contract renewal and expiration dates β€’ Coordinating with stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues β€’ Communicating with other departments to understand and follow contract terms β€’ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in business, contracts management or a related field β€’ 2-4 years applicable job experience β€’ Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite β€’ Professional-level verbal and written communication skills β€’ Ability to negotiate agreements between parties with different perspectives β€’ Knowledge of principles, procedures and best practices in the industry β€’ Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely and positive manner β€’ High level organizational skills and time management skills β€’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines β€’ Ability to take ownership of responsibilities β€’ Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology β€’ Relevant certifications such as CCCM or CFCM may be preferred
