β’ The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the S&OP process within the organization. β’ This role involves leading the coordination and integration of sales, marketing, supply chain, and financial plans to ensure that demand and supply are balanced efficiently starting with Cabinet trade followed by other trades tied to similar business model and then roll out to project based business. β’ The S&OP Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions, optimize inventory levels, and improve customer satisfaction.
β’ Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is preferred. β’ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or a related field. Prior experience in an S&OP role is highly desirable. β’ Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams. β’ Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing processes. β’ Proficiency in S&OP software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. β’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
