Description

• Tasked with building, maintaining, optimizing, and scaling Salesforce infrastructure • Provide front-line end-user support to internal customers • Manage internal support queue including error resolution, user management, and daily requests • Become the primary end-user and day-to-day admin supporting core end users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree • 4+ years of Salesforce experience in a business environment, preferably in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) • Salesforce certification (ADM 201) strongly preferred • 2+ years of experience with a marketing automation tool integrated into Salesforce (HubSpot experience strongly preferred) • 2+ years of experience with administration or as a power user of sales and marketing tools • Deep understanding of relational databases and data integration tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Analytical, detailed, organized, and results-oriented • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
