β€’ Provide front-line support to customers via phone and email β€’ Address common customer issues and provide how-to support for SaaS β€’ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's questions β€’ Escalate issues to Tier 2 team after initial triage β€’ Maintain established Service Level Objectives β€’ Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests β€’ Identify items that should be escalated β€’ Continuously learn about Togetherwork and its customers

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent β€’ At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS customer support role β€’ Excellent verbal and written communications skills β€’ Outstanding interpersonal and customer care skills β€’ Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment β€’ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills β€’ Experience with Jira and Zendesk highly preferred
