Description

• Axelar has ambitious goals to connect 1000+ blockchains via its frameworks. • Oversee a team of engineers responsible for adding new chains to the Axelar network. • Grow the coverage of the Axelar network by supporting EVM and non-EVM chains. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. • Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and development methodologies are upheld.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a managerial or lead role within Web3. • Experience managing integrations for exchanges or custodians is a big plus. • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and grow a team of engineers, balancing technical oversight with team mentorship. • Strong organizational skills with a history of driving projects from concept to completion on schedule. • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with remote teams and translating technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
