• Have legal status to live & work in Mauritius. • Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Operations or General Management. • 12+ years of business experience with strong commercial, B2B sales & relationship management skill set. • Deep knowledge of International Banking solutions offered within Mauritius. • Experience in cross-border payments & understanding of international banking. • Should have built & managed large cross-functional teams. • Highly entrepreneurial, hands-on leader, with a curious bent of mind and the ability to see opportunities and the drive to execute those opportunities. • Direct experience in dealing with regulators in Mauritius (Must have) • Experienced P&L Manager • Passionate about transforming Global Transaction Banking. • Analytical thinker, decision maker with a focus on action & outcomes with a result driven approach. • People leader with an ability to hire, develop and inspire great teams who remain aligned to Interpolitan Money Group’s values. • Deep understanding of the FinTech ecosystem, solutions, capital movement & general macroeconomic trends that impact the country. • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. • Ability to manage stakeholders with interpersonal & influencing skills to build strong business relationships, foster new partnerships and drive a culture of collaboration and innovation. • Balanced & Problem Solving based outlook that continues to keep culture at the forefront.
