📋 Description
• De werkzaamheden van de Support Engineer bestaan onder andere uit het oplossen van meldingen, zowel voor de interne als externe klant. • Zelf ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zo tijdig mogelijk oplossen van openstaande meldingen, zodat de SLA-afspraken die overeengekomen zijn, worden behaald. • Door nauwkeurig te monitoren, houd je goed zicht op eventueel toekomstige incidenten en daarmee verklein je mogelijke problemen. • Ook bewaak je de kwaliteit van de meldingen die vanuit de 1e lijn worden doorgestuurd.
🎯 Requirements
• Een afgeronde technische MBO+/HBO opleiding (informatica); • Sterk ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in woord als geschrift; • Kennis van Microsoft Teams is mooi meegenomen; • Ervaring met VMWare, Microsoft 365, Windows Server.
