• Position Overview: Interview Kickstart is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Growth Marketing to lead our paid marketing strategies. • Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across PPC, SEM, display, paid social, and LinkedIn channels. • Focus on full-funnel optimization, addressing top, mid, and bottom funnel stages to maximize conversions and ROI. • Liaise with sales, product, operations, and other functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates. • Utilize tools like Open AI, Claude, Other AI tools related to marketing to enhance and optimize campaigns.
