Description

• Define and drive the vision for tools we use to analyze and enrich our data, including our master data management (MDM) strategy for patients and providers, and reporting tools. • Oversee the integration of diverse healthcare data sources including benefits verification, and critical data about patients, providers and payers. Manage both RESTful and custom integrations with third-party providers, ensuring seamless data ingestion and utility. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize, define, and deliver features that enhance data accessibility and usability. Maintain a product roadmap and release schedule that reflects business priorities and market dynamics. • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continually refine our data solutions. • Ensure all data processes comply with relevant regulations such as HIPAA and are designed with privacy and security at the forefront.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. • At least 7 years of experience in complex data management roles within healthcare or healthtech, including significant experience with master data management and healthcare data systems that have at least 100,000 patients and/or 10,000 providers. • Deep understanding of patient, provider and payer data in large-scale healthcare systems, master data management, and API management to internal and external systems. Experience with modern data tools like Verato, PowerBI, Availity and Lexis Nexis preferred. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and lead large initiatives to deliver value periodically. Strong mentoring and team-building skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, FHIR, and ICD 10. • A track record of implementing innovative data solutions in complex environments. • Strong analytical abilities and a problem-solving attitude. • Commitment to improving user experience for internal customers through better data solutions.
