Description

• Take ownership of the entire product vision and strategy for a B2B marketplace, with the unique opportunity to build the startup from the ground up. • Develop, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with market needs and startup objectives. • Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. • Independently gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and strategic importance. • Lead sprint planning sessions and oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a strong track record of independently managing and delivering successful products. • Proven experience in building products from scratch, ideally in a startup or similar environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working autonomously in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions across all levels. • Highly analytical and able to independently translate complex business needs into actionable product features. • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar, with the ability to self-manage and prioritize effectively. • Deep customer-centric mindset, passionate about creating products that exceed customer expectations. • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive a product’s success with minimal supervision. • Experience with the E-commerce domain will be a plus. • Experience with AI-related projects will be a plus.
