• Research and identify business opportunities to generate new leads • Proactively marketing and selling solutions to our customer base • Develop Sales Development Plans to maximise all revenue opportunities within our target customer base • Drive with both internal teams (Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance teams etc) as well as client teams until deal closure across UK&Ireland • Foster and develop relationships with customers • Travel ready as needed

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Hunter and a strong track record in attracting New Business • Background in the IT Services and Financial Sectors • A demonstrable track record of originating and closing offshore/nearshore Digital Transformation/ SW Development/ IT Services deals • A strong understanding of the concepts behind Agile & Digital • Sold full life cycle of software development • Demonstrable sales figures and a record of overachieving sales targets
