Description

• Deep understanding of code scalability & architecture so developers can approach issues with robust solutions. • Mentor managers to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive team performance. • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team. • Organize strategic timelines and implement well defined timelines and milestones. • Promoting positive culture and diversity throughout the engineering organization to achieve transformational change. • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical support and customer service.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in computer science or related discipline. • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. • Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead or similar role. • Proficiency in working within a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment. • Experience with cloud based services (Azure, AWS). • Experience with data and caching services (MySQL, NoSql, Redis). • Experience with libraries and programming languages (PHP, Laravel, C#). • Experience leading system architecture decisions, including CI/CD systems. • Excellent organizational, administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation). • Passion for technology and capacity to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environments. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. • Ability to travel at least 4 weeks a year (Annual and Team retreats).
