Description

• Take the lead in crafting user-focused digital experiences. • Apply user-centered design principles to craft intuitive experiences. • Collaborate to create and refine screen layouts and prototypes. • Participate and lead user research and usability testing activities. • Manage priorities, timelines, and dependencies with guidance from senior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related fields • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent practical experience will be considered. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar • Very motivated, collaborative, good communication and presentation skills • Experience with critique sessions and feedback • Experience with user research, user testing, and usability studies • Experience assisting with user research or usability testing • Exposure to collaborative, agile team environments or workflows • Basic knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS) or experience working with developer • Bonus: illustration, 2D animation skills and video editing capabilities.
