• Intuition Machines uses AI/ML to build enterprise security products. • You will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes, enhancing the productivity of our sales team, and enabling the achievement of revenue targets. • Work closely with the sales leadership team, and cross-functionally with various departments, to streamline operations, provide data-driven insights, and support the development of strategies for sustained growth. • Assess and improve the efficiency of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. • Develop and implement standardized sales processes, workflows, and best practices. • Continuously analyze and optimize the sales pipeline to increase conversion rates. • Maintain and develop sales data analytics and reporting systems. • Generate regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights. • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales strategies. • Oversee the selection and implementation of sales technology and tools, including CRM and sales enablement platforms. • Ensure the sales team is effectively trained and utilizing these tools to maximize productivity. • Work closely with sales representatives to maintain data integrity and accuracy. • Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and budgets. • Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust as needed to ensure success. • Lead sales training and onboarding programs to improve team skills and product knowledge. • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve customer experiences. • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, communicating needs and feedback. • Document and maintain sales processes and procedures for reference and training purposes. • Ensure consistency and adherence to established sales protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the SaaS industry. • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. • Expertise in sales technology and CRM systems, with HubSpot experience required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Detail-oriented, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
