Description

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the care delivery platform. • Partner with senior leadership, clinical teams, and stakeholders to understand customer needs. • Lead the integration of EMR functionalities to ensure seamless care coordination. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to translate product requirements. • Champion the voice of the customer and patient throughout the product development process. • Engage with leadership to ensure roadmaps and strategies are supporting Intus Care goals. • Develop high-quality documentation & artifacts to ensure clarity for cross-functional partners. • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in a healthcare environment, preferably in a startup setting. • Proven track record of launching and scaling complex healthcare products. • Hands-on experience with value-based care models, risk-sharing agreements, and population health management tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams. • Proven experience working with clinical teams to build products. • Comfortable collaborating effectively with engineering teams. • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards successful product delivery.
