Description

• Principal engineers oversee teams, manage people, and ensure technical mentorship. • Lead through technical initiatives and own parts of the software stack. • Research and implement new technical frameworks or develop new UI components.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture including major providers (AWS, GCP, etc). • Understanding of networking and security considerations for deployment environments. • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks such as IAM, Security Groups, RBAC, etc. • Experience with Kubernetes, capable of pointing to deployments they have managed. • Strong understanding of Kubernetes operating model for designing application deployments. • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible or Puppet.
