• Start a career in tech: Join the team that’s supporting the latest cutting-edge AI language models. • Invisible works with food delivery companies and helps them onboard new stores daily by running processes. • This position is the process of Merchant Recruitment Sourcing. We assist our on-demand delivery partner in sourcing potential new merchants to onboard to their platform. • The successful candidate has the following skills and traits: Provide great customer experience - soft skills including Active Listening, Empathy, and Problem Solving to create a positive human experience through activation outbound phone calls. • A professional communicator - clear spoken German and English language with well structured communication. • Software experience - 6+ months Salesforce, spreadsheets • Accuracy, precision, and attention to detail - Ability to follow process and procedure as well as calling guidelines. Maintain 97% + process accuracy and call quality.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficient in German & English with ability to write, read & speak fluently with clear annunciation. • Comfortable and confident conversational skills on the phone • High Speed Internet - Min. >50 Mbps Download and >5 Mbps Upload • Fluent typing skills - Min. 30 words per minute with 0 errors • Eager to learn • Availability of at least 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, 9am - 5pm CET
