Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering managers in a high growth environment. • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience. • Deep understanding of the training process for AI models. • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI model training. • Familiarity with systems involving human participation in data generation and model training. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
