Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years in graphic and UI/UX design, with focus on high-impact projects. • Some team collaboration experience, including mentoring or guiding peers. • Demonstrated ability to define project scope, setting timelines, and managing resources. • Advanced proficiency in Figma; preferred experience in Webflow. • Strong knowledge of CSS & HTML for implementing interactive web elements. • Experience in creating and maintaining design systems. • Proven ability to design sophisticated collateral and web pages. • Video production experience. • Proficiency with ticketing systems like Jira or ClickUp. • Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts. • Creative and analytical approach to design challenges. • Capacity to mentor junior designers.
