📋 Description
• Support customers in their deployment of relevant Assessment tools. • Help define a roadmap to achieve their strategic goals through Microsoft Cloud technologies. • Demonstrate strong technical acumen and project management skills. • Communicate effectively across multiple levels of a customer organization. • Guide customers in the implementation and use of solutions such as Azure Migrate, Block64, and CSAT.
🎯 Requirements
• English Fluency (C1 or C2 level) • Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem. • 1-2 years’ experience in IT service/support. • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data. • Demonstrated ability to manage a queue of projects concurrently with little supervision – project & time management, coordination, status updates, etc. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with discovery and assessment platforms such as Azure Migrate, Block64, CSAT, etc. (desirable) • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365 products and services (desirable)
