Description

• Partner with engineers focusing on customer data strategy • Ensure product priorities deliver maximum impact for customers • Engage in full-lifecycle product management for customer data • Collaborate with teams to define and implement customer data strategy • Build consensus and coordinate product development with engineering • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch • Collaborate with UX Designers and Customer Success teams to ensure products meet customer needs • Track and analyze performance using customer feedback

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products and data management • At least 1+ year of experience working with Customer Data Platforms or executing data strategy for a SaaS platform • Deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms, data integration, and data management technologies • Experience with CDP tools such as Segment, BlueConic, Tealium or similar is highly desirable • Experience in conversation intelligence is a plus • Experience with pricing and packaging is also a plus • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable strategies and solutions • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively - ideally at multi-product companies • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Well versed in agile methodologies and tools • Demonstrated skills in gathering detailed requirements and organizing resources • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement and innovation is key • Strong technical aptitude, business sense, product common sense, and curiosity
