🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Network Management roles. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender) and Azure Active Directory. • Proven experience with network architecture, including managing firewalls, VPNs, etc. • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune or equivalent) and Apple Business Manager. • Experience with IT helpdesk and ticketing systems. • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues. • Experience in developing and enforcing IT policies and disaster recovery plans. • Excellent vendor management and communication skills. • Ability to mentor and develop team members over time. • Expertise centered on Microsoft-based infrastructure and possibly AWS.
