• As a Solutions Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in data management. • Design, code, and pilot data collection instruments. • Support and manage surveys, focus groups, and interviews. • Conduct literature reviews to inform projects. • Generate benchmarks to support business decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research with business objectives. • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in data management and analysis using data management software. • Advanced proficiency in Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Intermediate knowledge of programming and data tools such as Python, R, or Ruby. • Familiarity with SaaS and PaaS platforms. • Strong analytical and numerical capacity with a foundation in statistics. • Excellent English proficiency at C1 level. • Experience in strategic consulting. • Experience in market research. • Precision and attention to detail. • Strong planning and organizational abilities. • High results orientation with a proactive mindset. • Skilled in audience management and storytelling. • Adaptable, assertive, and an effective communicator. • Passionate about staying updated with the latest research trends.
