• 2+ years in a leading strategic consulting company (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or an international SaaS organization. • Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms. • Critical thinker with a deep understanding of revenue generation strategies. • Ability to build and lead a team of 2-3 people within 2 years. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives. • Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
