Description

• Responsible for planning, integration, test casing, scripting, and execution of testing. • Collaborates with BSA and Development teams to analyze business objectives. • Develops and maintains test data, end-to-end testing flows. • Conducts testing using manual and automated test processes. • Updates test cases based on change requests and manages defects throughout the project. • Creates test status reports and ensures implementation readiness for production.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA testing using manual and automated testing processes. • Experience developing, documenting, and maintaining test data and testing flows. • Ability to analyze business objectives and requirements with stakeholders to ensure testability. • Proficient in creating test strategies and status reports. • Experience collaborating with development teams on defect analysis and triage. • Strong mentorship skills for junior team members.
