• The Sales Director will manage, structure, and negotiate complex deals within Telecom. • Drive sales in Italy by targeting key Telecom’s and building stakeholder relationships. • Identify, qualify, develop and convert new opportunities with key accounts. • Collaborate with leadership to drive revenue growth through consultative guidance and product pitches. • Build trusted customer relationships and establish a qualified pipeline. • Engage with customer contacts at all levels and create winning strategies for key accounts. • Become a trusted advisor with a good understanding of Telecommunications planning and operations. • Present solutions and defend commercial terms at senior levels. • Accurate sales forecasting and developing partner relationships to facilitate faster sales engagements. • Achieve agreed sales targets with proactive market understanding.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience closing enterprise Software, SaaS, or PaaS deals. • Proven Sales experience with regular overachievement of sales targets and driving new business. • Must be a natural ‘storyteller’- believable and credible in a boardroom. • Possess a strong network of executive relationships within your given territory. • A thorough understanding of Enterprise Solutions Sales. • Understanding of telecom networks. • Strategic sales skills to manage large complex and global accounts. • Experience of working for a global organization. • Knowledge of complex software applications. • Excellent sales and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Fluency in English & Italian is required. • Spanish language skills would be helpful.
