Requirements

• Available to travel for more than 75% of the time in all the Southern East Europe countries; Knowledge of the territory of competence and leading distributors; • Education: Preferable degree and background in economics or equivalent experience. Appreciated a technical training in the food sector. • Professional Skills: Excellent communication skills; Capability to score new business and develop the old ones; Ability to analyze the market and understand customer needs; Ability of plan and achieve objectives; Knowledge of negotiation techniques; Products: general knowledge of the bakery/Pastry/ice-cream’s products, with preferable focus on chocolate and creams; • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the specific role, in B2B companies and in the sector of IRCA Group. • Language Skills: Proficient English • Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel and Power Point) • Backgrounds: knowledge of bakery/chocolate/ice-cream/pastry semi-finished products & markets / players • Behavioural Requirements: Focused on results; Problem solving; High energy and positive attitude; Proactive; Entrepreneurship.
