Description
• Responsible for supporting the execution and operation of various Regulatory processes and procedures in an efficient and timely manner. • Conducts administrative duties within defined guidelines. • Manage technical and customers document and data accurately and to tight time scales. Executes using conventional/ established processes and structures. • Create and maintain Technical documentation. Coordinate response to internal & external stakeholders by providing technical documentation. • Liaise with RD&A, QA & Operations for technical documentation review. Document control. • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers Contributing to overall department Key Performance Indicators. • Remain fully flexible to meet business requirement.
Requirements
• Minimum of 7+ years' experience of related experience in food industry in Regulatory, Quality Assurance or R&D • Food industry knowledge is a must • Executes using established processes and structures. • Analytical, self-starter, decisive and able to perform under pressure and a team player; able to take instruction and perform work accordingly. • Possess good co-operation / presentation / interpersonal and organization skills • Experience support large retailers such as Costco and other larger retailers • Excellent communication skills • Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience in Optiva systems an advantage
