Description
• We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our Encoder team • Work on edge-deployed software focusing primarily on Go and Rust development • Complete large, complex projects from end to end • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI modules • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the Iris Platform
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role • Strong proficiency in Go and Rust programming languages • Experience with embedded systems, robotics, and/or PTZ cameras is highly desirable • Familiarity with React and TypeScript for understanding and occasionally contributing to frontend development • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in a small, remote team • Passion for innovation and the ability to take ownership of complex projects
