• Are you a dedicated Child & Adolescent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in California looking to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home? • At Iris Telehealth, we offer the chance to provide life-changing care to underserved communities while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. • This full-time, 100% remote position allows you to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, expanding access to high-quality, comprehensive care through one of our California FQHC partners. • As part of our team, you’ll work alongside experts in psychiatry and psychology, all with the robust administrative support you need to focus on what matters most—your patients. • We’re seeking compassionate LCSWs to provide therapy services for child & adolescent patients (Ages 5+), working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm PST, via telehealth. • Join us at Iris Telehealth and help shape the future of behavioral healthcare, all while enjoying the benefits of a 100% remote position.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of practice as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker • Active LCSW license in California is required • Availability for 40 hours per week, with the ability to work during PST hours. • Experience and willingness to treat children & adolescents (Ages 5+) • Must have passed ASWB exam • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
