• Lead Product Designer responsible for shaping digital experience • Drive end-to-end design strategy • Mentor designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Create visually compelling and intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred • Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) • Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design rationale • Ability to use data and user feedback to iterate on designs for improved user experience
