Description

• Oversee a team of 9 - 10 FTE's • Develop, implement, and continuously review operational policies and procedures • Ensure continuous staff training, including cross-training and process upgrades. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Create SOPs and process maps, identify improvement opportunities. • Utilize strong technical knowledge of systems and software to identify problems. • Conduct associate-level interviews to ensure staffing aligns with business needs. • Promote a culture that encourages top performance and high morale. • Participate in workshops, training sessions, and team projects to maintain consistent professional growth.

Requirements

• Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills. • Demonstrated basic billing knowledge. • Basic understanding of project lifecycles. • Good communication skills to communicate effectively internally and externally. • Ability to communicate effectively current imaging processes.
