📋 Description
• The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform across all installed modules with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) • Configure and customize the out of box system to meet the business needs • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to teams and individuals in a dynamic Agile environment • Work closely with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design and implement requirements from various business stakeholders • Create and maintain integrations with multiple systems, build Service Catalog Items, develop scripts and workflows, and increase automation to improve efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field • Servicenow Certified Application Developer • At least 5+ years experience working with the ServiceNow platform, preferably across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and HR modules • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services • Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications • U.S. Citizenship required • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
