📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior Gen AI/ML engineer who will be responsible for applying AI & ML solutions to complex business problems in the insurance space. • Become part of a driven remote team working on a variety of data science initiatives, from classic machine learning to applying the latest advancements in generative AI. • This role is pivotal in advancing ISC's AI capabilities, particularly in leveraging generative AI to drive business innovation and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in machine learning, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or similar quantitative field • 5+ years of relevant model development and deployment experience, preferably within the insurance industry • Proven experience in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and LLM evaluation • Experience working with RAG architecture, including embedding models, retrieval mechanisms, and integration with LLMs • Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models • Experience building & deploying models with AWS tools (Bedrock, Sagemaker, Comprehend, S3, etc.) is preferred • Proficiency in writing production-quality, scalable code using Python; experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, huggingface, Keras, etc. • Strong working knowledge of MLFlow, Docker, Git, and SQL • Experience in creating and integrating APIs for model deployment • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically • Demonstrated experience innovating and extracting insights from multiple data types including unstructured data. • Strong communication skills • Ability to quickly and efficiently adapt to new concepts and changing project scopes • Ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
