• Isla Marketing is a fast-growing performance marketing company specializing in high-intent lead generation through social media advertising. • You will be directly responsible for managing our ad creative process from concept to production to performance analysis. • Your focus will be on developing, testing, and optimizing ads that convert. • You will not handle ad buying or audience targeting, but you will work closely with our media buyers to align creative strategy with performance goals. • Oversee the entire ad creative process —from ideation to execution—ensuring a steady flow of high-performing video and image ads. • Maintain an organized creative pipeline and ensure we always have fresh ads in rotation. • Track CTR, CPA, ROAS , and other key metrics to determine what creative strategies work. • Identify ad fatigue and proactively refresh ad variations. • Continuously test new ad formats, styles, and messaging angles to improve results. • Research competitor ads and emerging trends in paid social advertising. • Ensure our ad creatives stay fresh, engaging, and ahead of the competition .
• 3+ years experience in ad creative production for Facebook/Instagram paid social . • Strong understanding of direct response advertising and ad psychology . • Proven ability to manage a creative team and deliver high-performing content at scale. • Hands-on experience producing, optimizing, and iterating paid social ad creatives. • Comfortable interpreting performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and applying insights to improve creative execution. • Highly organized and process-driven—able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • Ability to take initiative, execute quickly, and adapt based on results . • Experience with UGC-style ads, direct response ads, and AI-enhanced video production is a plus.
